God is angry with the inhabitants of the earth. God has indignation (righteous anger) because the people have disobeyed his commandments. Due to the people’s willful disobedience to him, he will allow Satan (Devil) to bring about their destruction. See: Isaiah 66:15 and Isaiah 24:5-6

When will this occur?
Answer: No man/woman, angel, including Jesus Christ knows, only God himself; but all the signs are aligning for such an event. See: Matthew 24:36
